Owner's Representative

We represent major of the initiatives on the Owner's behalf typically under a professional services agreement outlining the specific scope of work needed for the assignment.  While all projects have the same general workflow, no two projects are alike.  Fee based structures are typically a blended  approach of factoring in overall time requirements, internal consultant fees, overall cost of work and overall complexity of the engagement.
